Managing Partner
Dale is currently focused on leading TCG's project to benchmark the best practices of non-profit organizations and develop programs to help them apply performance improvement measures to local operations. He is in the final stages of designing a guidebook for local non-profit Boards of Directors and Executive Directors that will help them assess current performance and identify management improvements to increase revenues and become operationally efficient. Concurrently, Dale is developing several training modules to help local Boards and their management staffs implement programs to improve overall effectiveness while enhancing the delivery of their primary mission. Dale's extraordinary leadership, creativity and facilitation skills allow him to bring diverse and often competing interests into alignment around common goals. He has successfully developed meaningful cooperative projects among universities, similar non-profits, and broadcasting stations serving the same market. As a result, Dale's skills are in high demand from businesses around the country seeking to develop collaborative partnerships that ultimately result in a win-win scenario for each participating entity. Since co-founding Transformations Consulting Group in 1993, Dale has helped businesses manage complex change and worked with several major companies developing customized change management programs generating millions of dollars in new revenues for his clients and saving hundreds of thousands of dollars in costs. His leadership in the field is well recognized and he is a frequent speaker at national conferences. His early career as a city manager and subsequent work at Digital Equipment Corporation allow him to developed a number of high-level programs, including a worldwide vision program and a strategic plan for U.S. operations. Dale holds a BA in Financial Management and a Masters in Public Administration from Michigan State University in 1977 as well as an advanced degree in the Executive Development Program from Insead University, France.
