All public television stations have SABS data. Most stations are under-utilizing the data. SABS Institute, developed and designed by Transformations Consulting Group can change all that.

  • Know how to use all the SABS toolkit elements
  • Be ready to use the SABS reports and tools to support change management in the stations, including aligning operational decisions with budgets and strategic plans
  • Be able to track and measure changes
  • Create a team environment where department managers support each other and the organization's overall goals
